DevOps methodology
Beyond the tools: understand DevOps culture, value streams and the metrics that matter. To durably transform your teams' practice.
Who is it for?
Technical decision-makers (CTO, leads, managers), product owners, dev and ops teams who want to move beyond “DevOps = Jenkins + Docker” and adopt a true continuous delivery culture.
Prerequisites
No strict technical prerequisite. Minimal experience of the software development cycle (commit → release) is helpful.

By the end of the training, you will be able to:
- Identify the real sources of slowness in your delivery flow
